Sponsorship Opportunities

There are four types of co-sponsors: platinum, gold, silver, and online-only. Fees and privileges for each type are as follows:

• Platinum co-sponsor
  • Fee: $5,000
  • Lodging: five (5) single or double rooms
  • Registration fee waivers: five (5) participants
  • The Prime Partner sponsor’s signage will be more prominent than other co-sponsors.
  • Name and logo of the organization on the homepage of the conference website.
  • Name and logo of the organization on the front or back cover of the abstract book/proceedings 
• Gold co-sponsor
  • Fee: $3,000
  • Lodging: three (3) single or double rooms
  • Registration fee waivers: three (3) participants
  • Name and logo of the organization on the homepage of the conference website.
  • Name and logo of the organization on the front or back cover of the abstract book/proceedings 
• Silver co-sponsor
  • Fee: $2,000
  • Lodging: two (2) single or double rooms
  • Registration fee waivers: two (2) participants
  • Name and logo of the organization on the homepage of the conference website.
  • Name and logo of the organization on the front or back cover of the abstract book/proceedings 
• Online co-sponsor
  • Fee: $2,000
  • Registration fee waivers: ten (10) online participants
  • Name and logo of the organization on the homepage of the conference website.
